Overview:
Polypropylene spun cartridges. Made using "melt-blown" technique, filled with NSF approved activated carbon and KDF media, candle type (with thread). Cartridges were made using 100% pure polypropylene (without any additives). They remove sediments such as sand, silt, rust and suspended solids. Efficiently reduce chlorine, organic substances, certain pesticides and improve taste and aroma of filtered water. KDF® reduces the concentration of iron and heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic) and exhibits bacteriostatic properties protecting activated carbon from microbiological growth. They are dedicated for cold water filtration.
